🚗 We advise to rent a car and share the costs in groups of 3-4 people. In this way we will be having more flexibility, freedom & ease to go on excursions to Barcelona, to the beach in Sitges or Vilanova (nearest towns at the beach) or to explore different places in the region.

The workshop is intended for people who already practice and for beginners. We request to bring your yoga belt and 2 cork yoga blocks. There are basic yoga mats at the place available.
🍇THE BEAUTIFUL REGION OF VALLE DE PENEDÉS: The geographical isolation between a mountain range and the Mediterranean Sea, which provides a continuous flow of fresh sea air, combined with the abundance of sunlight, creates a unique environment which makes this valley one of the most famous regions in Catalonia & in the whole of Spain to cultivate wine grapes & to produce some of the best wines in Europe. The pine forest, and the vineyards spreading endlessly over the hills are creating a very characteristic Spanish landscape which you can admire directly from the Fabrizio's & Neel's house where we will spend our whole yoga week. In May, the valley will be very green & lush.
🏡ACCOMODATION: The house of Fabrizio & Neel is, as you can see on the event cover, an old, nicely restored brick building, specially designed to accommodate yoga workshops participants with a cozy, bright room for yoga practice. There are double, triple rooms and a specious dormitory with 8 beds, a lounge room and two dining spaces: one inside & one outside to enjoy the tasty meals prepared by Fabrizio in the open air.
🧘🏽♀️THE YOGA INSTRUCTOR DOROTA KOBOS: I am a certified hatha yoga instructor in the B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga Method with a Junior Intermediate III degree. I am also graduated from The Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz, Poland. I am a painter, print maker and a graphic designer. I have been practicing hatha yoga since 2002. I am regularly attending various yoga courses taught by Polish and international teachers in Spain, India, The RIMYI Institute of B.K.S. Iyengar in Pune and also in Australia. In the years 2011 & 2015 I was attending a month of intensive yoga courses at The Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India.
ADDITIONAL ATTRACTIONS & COSTS: 🔹 HIKING TOUR - our hosts Fabrizio & Neel can organise a group hiking tour (transport, guidance, meals) - the price will be given soon. 🔹MASSAGE - Fabrizio is a certified ayurvedic masseur. The cost of an ayurvedic massage is 40€/45min. 🔹WINE TASTING 🍷- tasting 1 cava & 3 different white or red wines is a cost ca. 20€ per person. The price can differ depending on the clients order, e.g. if you wish to taste more wines than in the basic offer.
