9:30 - 12:30 Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation
12:30 lunch
13:00 - 17:000 free time
17:00 - 18:30 Restorative Yoga
18:30 dinner
19:00 conversations/ movie watching/ spending time by the fireplace/ meditation

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT & YOGA BELT.

THE FULL PRICE OF 860 PLN for the workshop INCLUDES:
350 PLN as the cost of 13,5 hours of yoga & pranayama practice and meditation (4,5 hours daily)
510 PLN as the cost of accommodation with three warm vegetarian meals daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
